摘要
注射成型是重要的塑料成型方式,成型中工艺参数对塑件质量有重要影响且影响关系复杂,过去对塑件收缩的研究侧重于工艺参数对塑件体收缩率的影响,但对不同流动方向上线收缩的考虑较少,本研究基于正交试验,研究了采用ABS材料时,工艺参数对塑件不同流动方向上线收缩率的影响,同时应用信噪比进行了工艺参数优化。
Former research on the shrinkage of injection molding emphasized on the effect of process parameters on the shrinkage ratio of plastic part;but the linear shrinkage in different flow directions was considered rarely.In this paper,orthogonal test-based study was focused on the influence of process parameters on the linear shrinkage ratio of ABS plastic part in different flow directions.Finally,signal to noise ratio(SNR) was applied to optimize the parameters.
