复杂塑件成型二次优化方法研究与应用

摘要 针对特征较复杂注塑零件成型过程中产生的翘曲和体积收缩的现象,设计了合理的注塑方案,运用Moldflow软件结合正交试验对其进行CAE分析,运用多目标分析方法及方差分析法对试验因素进行主次分析,对主要因素进行控制变量试验,最终得到二次优化参数组合,并运用Moldflow软件对二次优化参数进行模拟验证。 Aimed at the warping and volume shrinkage of injection plastic parts with complex characteristics in injection molding, a reasonable injection scheme was designed and the CAE analysis for the scheme was carried out by Moldflow software and orthogonal experiment. The primary and secondary analysis of experimental factors was done with multi-objective optimization method and analysis of variance, and the primary factor was analyzed by the control variables. Finally the quadratic optimization parameter combination was obtained, which was verified by Moldflow simulation.
