摘要
利用Moldflow的MPI/Warp分析模块对汽车置物箱进行模拟,预测其成型后的翘曲变形,通过正交试验法对塑件成型工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:当材料为Teijin TN_3813BL PC+ABS,保压压力为注射压力的95%,模具温度65℃,熔体温度270℃时,塑件翘曲变形最小,影响塑件翘曲变形的主要因素为材料的性能,其次为熔体温度、保压压力和模具温度。
The MPI/Warp analysis module of Moldflow was used to simulate the shaping of an automotive storage box and the forming warpage was predicted. And then the molding process parameters were optimized through orthogonal experiments. The results indicate that the component has the lowest warp deformation amount when Teijin TN-3813BL PC + ABS material is utilized and the packing pressure is 95% of the injection pressure, the mould temperature is 65℃ and the melt temperature 270℃. The main factors of influencing the warping deformation are material properties, followed by melt temperature, packing pressure and mould temperature.
