挤压铸造铝合金空心轴开裂原因及解决方法

Origination and Solution of Crack in the Squeeze Casting Hollow Aluminum Alloy Shaft

摘要 采用挤压铸造工艺制备高速机车用Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金传动空心轴,空心轴铸件在冷却、脱模过程中极易出现宏观裂纹,导致合格率低。分析了空心轴产生裂纹的主要原因,一为传动空心轴与芯模的体收缩率不同,二为脱模力过大。采用退让芯模的方法避免了空心轴的开裂,得到了合格的空心轴铸件。 The hollow Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy driving hollow shaft was produced by squeeze casting. The macro-crack in the hollow shaft was observed in the process of cooling and demoulding. The origination of crack generation was analyzed. The crack in the hollow shaft is attributed to the different volumetric contraction between the hollow shaft and mould are as well as excessive demoulding foce and crack in the hollow shaft was solved by delayed mould, and the qualified castings were manufactured.
