装饰薄膜对模内嵌膜产品力学性能的影响规律 被引量:2

摘要 基于正交试验并设置对照拉伸试验研究了模内嵌膜产品注塑工艺参数及薄膜对其力学性能的影响规律,并对两种注塑件不同温度和压力下的断面进行观察,从微观角度解释了薄膜对注塑件力学性能的影响机理以及注塑压力和保压压力对薄膜与基材间结合性能的影响。结果表明:薄膜的存在会对注塑件的强度具有一定的增强作用,对注塑件的韧性则具有一定的削弱作用,而对注塑件的断裂伸长率影响不明显;薄膜使注塑件的强度增加了约2.5MPa,冲击强度降低了约8J/cm^2,而对断裂伸长率影响不大;熔体温度是影响模内嵌膜注塑件力学性能的主要因素。薄膜对注塑件强度的增强是由于其增加了注塑件一侧皮层的厚度,这种增强作用会随着熔体温度的升高而降低;注射压力和保压压力过小或过大都会在一定程度上削弱薄膜与熔体间结合面的性能进而影响其力学性能。 The influence of injection parameters and film on the mechanical properties of film-insert-molding products was studied based on orthogonal and setting up a controlled tests.By observing the cross-sections of two injection-molded parts at different temperatures and injection pressures,the mechanism of the influence of the film on the mechanical properties of the injectionmolded parts was explained from a microscopic point of view.It also reveals the effect of injection pressure and holding pressure on the bonding properties between film and substrate.The results show that the presence of the film will have a certain strengthening effect on the strength of the injection molded part,and the toughness of the injection molded part will have a certain weakening effect,and the impact on the elongation at break of the injection molded part is not obvious.The film increases the strength of injection molded parts by about 2.5 MPa,toughness is reduced by about 8 J/cm2,but has little effect on elongation at break.Melt temperature is the main factor affecting the mechanical properties of injection molded parts.The increased strength of the film to the injection molded part is due to the increased thickness of the skin on one side of the injection molded part,which will decreases as the melt temperature increases.If the injection pressure and the holding pressure are too small or too large,the performance of the interface between the film and the melt will be weakened to some extent and the mechanical properties will be affected.
