摘要
为给百合育种及抗逆性研究提供参考,以荷兰进口的东方百合杂种系Sorbonne为材料,选用青海大学高原花卉研究中心多年筛选的自配3号为营养配方,研究了东方百合生长期间根系超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶及根系活力的变化规律。结果表明:百合上下根系超氧化物歧化酶的变化规律较一致,均在第16周达到最高峰,之后开始下降;上根过氧化氢酶活性最高峰出现在第16周,下根最高峰则出现在第12周;根系活力上下根均在第4周达到高峰,之后呈现缓慢的下降趋势。
The bulblets of Sorbonne,an oriental lily hybrid line from Holland,were cultured in pots with No.3 nutrition formula designed by Center for Plateau Flower to study the variation regulation of SOD and CAT activity and vigor of roots during growth period for providing a reference for lily breeding and stress resistance.The results showed that the SOD variation of the upper and lower roots was no difference,their SOD activity reached the peak at 16th week and then declined,the CAT activity of the upper roots and lower roots reached the peak at 16th week and at 12th week respectively,and the vigor of the upper and lower roots reached the peak at 4th week and then presented the slow decline trend.
