摘要
[目的]研究水培条件下,供氮水平对小麦根系活力及根际pH值的影响。[方法]以Hoagland营养液为培养基质,以冬小麦为试材,测定了高(含NO3--N 15.0 mmol/L)、中(含NO3--N 7.5 mmol/L)、低(含NO3--N 2.5 mmol/L)3种氮水平处理条件下根系活力、营养液硝酸盐和pH值的变化。[结果]水培条件下,不同氮水平对营养液NO3--N的消耗量、pH值变化及根系活力影响明显。其中,中等供氮水平下植物根系活力最高,营养液NO3--N的消耗量、pH值变化最明显。[结论]虽然NO3--N是一种安全的氮源,但供应过高则抑制体内根系对硝酸盐的吸收利用,而供应过低根系活力下降,均不利于小麦幼苗氮素营养。
[Objective] The aim was to research the effect of concentration of NO3--N on root vigor and rhizosphere pH of winter wheat seedlings under water culture.[Method]By selecting Hoagland's nutritional solution as cultural medium and winter wheat as material of experiment,on the basis,testing root vigor,nutrient solution NO3-and change of pH values under the different level of disposal,such as high(contain NO3--N 15.0 mmol/L),medium(contain NO3--N 7.5 mmol/L) and lower(contain NO3--N 2.5 mmol/L).[Result] The results of this research showed that the effect of different nitrogen level on the wastage of nutrient solution NO3-,the changes of pH values and root vigor was obvious under the hydroponics condition.[Conclusion]Though NO3-is a safe nitrogen sources when it was supplied to plants too more,it would restrain assimilation on nitrate nitrogen farther,but when it was supplied to plants too little,it would lead to deficiency of NO3-that plants uptake and decrease of root activity,so it isn't useful to wheat young seedling to uptake nitrogen nutrition.
