摘要
以东方百合马可波罗组培苗为试材,探讨不同施钾量和施钾时期对百合鳞茎生长的影响。结果表明:施钾量为110.40kg/ha时,百合鳞茎淀粉、蛋白质、可溶性糖含量及鳞茎周径、鳞茎鲜重、根鲜重最大;在百合生长中、后期施钾,能明显提高百合鳞茎贮藏物含量及其生长量,有利于鳞茎充实膨大;施钾量为138.00kg/ha时,钾应在生长前、中、后期施用(分别施22.95、46.05、69.00kg/ha);施钾量为82.80kg/ha和27.60kg/ha时,钾宜在生长后期施用。
The plantlets of oriental lily variety Marco Polo were used as experimental material to study the effects of different rates of potassium application and stages on the growth of bulbs. The results showed that when the potassium application was 110.40 kg/ha, the contents of starch, protein and soluble sugar, perimeter and fresh weight of bulbs and fresh weight of roots were the highest. When potassium was fertilized at the middle and late stage of growth, the content of storage and growth of bulbs were significantly improved with the expansion of bulbs. If 138.00 kg/ha total potassium has to be applied, it should be fertilized at early, middle and late stages of growth with 22.95, 46.05 and 69.00 kg/ha, respectively. When the fertilized potassium was 82.80kg/ha and 27.60kg/ha, it should be fertilized at the late period of growth.
