摘要
本文研究了1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对一次性大负荷游泳运动大鼠心肌组织磷 酸果糖激酶(PFK)、丙酮酸激酶(pk)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、Na+- K+- ATP酶的 活性、MDA的含量及血浆中谷草转氨酶(GOT)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性的影响,以探讨 FI3P对大强度运动大鼠心肌组织的代谢和细胞膜稳定性的作用.结果显示:FDP能促 进心肌组织糖酵解代谢的进程,对运动大鼠心肌细胞膜具有一定保护作用。
The purpose of the present study is to access the effectof ADP on myocardial metabolism and membrane stability of once heavy swimming rats .The level of MDA the activities of PFK. PK. Na + - K + - ATPase and SOD in myocardium were measured, the activities of GOT and CK in plasma were measured as well. The data shows: FDP can stimulate the glycolysis of myocardium and has the protective effect on myocardium cell membrance of swimming rats.
