摘要
目的:研究虎纹毒素(HWTX-I)对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑线粒体MDA含量、SOD和GSH-Px活性的影响,探讨HWTX-I的脑保护作用机制。方法:对脑缺血损伤的SD大鼠在缺血的同时蛛网膜下腔注射HWTX-I,再灌注24 h后测定脑线粒体MDA含量、SOD和GSH-Px活性。结果:脑缺血再灌注后大鼠脑线粒体MDA含量明显增加,SOD、GSH-Px活性明显降低(P<0.05);与生理盐水对照组相比,HWTX-I(1ug/kg)治疗组上述指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:HWTX-I对缺血再灌注后脑线粒体自由基损伤有一定的保护作用。
The thesis was aimed at studying the influence of HWTX-I on rat's hindbrain content of mitochondrial MDA, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px after the cerebral ischemia and repeffusion. It explored HWTX-I' s protective mechanism on encephalon. The methods of the research were to inject HWTX-I on subarachnoid cavity while the SD rat which bears the damage of cerebral ischemia was still in the stage of ischemia, and to determine the content of hindbrain mitochondrial MDA and the activities of SOD and GSH-PX after it has been repeffused for twenty-four hours. It was shown that content of hindbrain mitochondrial MDA will be remarkably increased while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px be decreased in the same time. Compared with the salt water group, the index of HWTX-I therapeutic group has obviously been improved. It is concluded that HWTX-I has protective function on the damage of cerebral ischemia to the free radical of hindbrain mitochondrial after repeffusion.
