摘要
健身运动的效果取决于适宜的运动负荷强度。通过教学研究显示,用心率指标能有效地调控健身运动与最佳负荷价值阈(心率为120—140min/次),且该方法简便易掌握,能使健身者获得良好的健身效益。
The effect of fitness sports is decided by the appropriate load intensity. The teaching research results show that fitness sports were effectively regulated within the best optium range of load intensity (heart rate 120 - 140min - 1) by appling heart rhgthm index. The methad, which achieves a good benefit for finess sports, is simple and easy to learn.
