摘要
乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)是糖无氧代谢的重要酶 ,有 5种同工酶 ,在各组织中不均匀分布形成特定酶谱。酶谱含量改变可判断运动对组织的影响。本文通过血液、肌肉LDH同工酶比较 ,观察不同组织在剧烈运动疲劳时变化规律及其相互关系。
LDH is an important enzyme of non-aerobic metabolism.There are five isozymes which form special sectrum unevenly in the tissues.The change of amount of sectrum can be used to judge the influence of sports on the tissues.This article studies the laws of change of different tissues of people when they are fatigued in strenuous exercises.It also analyzes the interrelationship between the tissues.
