摘要
在继承和发展以课程目标为评价依据的泰勒评价原理,考量评价的"先在因素"、"实施因素"和"结果因素"的基础上,斯泰克建立了以理论与哲学为基础、描述矩阵与判断矩阵为框架的课程评价"外貌模式"。外貌评价模式的建立为斯泰克进一步提出教育评价"回应模式"奠定了基础。回应评价以所有与方案有利害关系或以切身利益者所关心的问题为中心进行评价,重视回应评价委托人的需要和价值观,代表着课程与教学评价的发展方向与趋势。
On the basis of inheriting and developing Ralph W. Tyler＇s evaluation principle which regards curriculum goal as evaluation foundation, and based on the elements analysis such as antecedents,transactions and outcomes, R. E. Stake＂ establishes the countenance evaluation model of curriculum evaluation, which is based on theory and philosophy, regarding description matrix and judgement matrix as frameworks. The countenance evaluation model establishes the foundation for responsive evaluation model R. E. Stake＂ put forward later. Responsive evaluation model focuses on the requirement and values of entrust commission, centering on the central issues of all persons interested or vital interests concern. R. E. Stake＇s curriculum evaluation theory especially responsive evaluation model is the new development direction and the trend of the curriculum and instruction assessment field.
