摘要 介绍了基于现场控制器局域网(CAN)总线的发电厂自动电压控制(AVC)装置的硬件和软件设计,讨论了装置实施过程中的安全性设计。该装置采用分布式结构,系统由上位机、下位机、后台机组成。上位机接收来自主站的调控目标并与实时监测的母线电压比较,根据控制策略实时给出各个发电机励磁电流调控目标,通过现场总线发送到各下位机;下位机对闭锁和约束条件进行校核后经机组自动电压调节器(AVR)或分布式控制系统(DCS)进行励磁调节;后台机完成数据的分析和管理功能。控制原理采用智能化变步长调节技术,较好地解决了控制精度与控制时间的矛盾。 The hardware and software design of a new power plant automatic voltage control(AVC)device based on controller area network(CAN)field bus is presented,and the device safety design is discussed.The device uses a distributed architecture system and comprises the master,slave,and backstage machine.The master machine receives adjusting objectives from the main station,compares them with the real-time bus voltage,creates excitation current control objectives of each generator according to the control algorithm and sends the objectives to all slave machines.The slave machine verifies generator locking and constraints and executes excitation regulation via the automatic voltage regulator(AVR)or distributed control system (DCS).The backstage machine is responsible for data analysis and management.The device proposed adopts intelligent variable adjusting step technology to solve the discrepancy between control precision and control time.
