摘要
结合官地电厂实例详细阐述了官地水电站AVC的结构配置和功能设计、控制方式、无功分配方式及闭锁条件,对试验过程和试验结果进行了阐述,并提出了改善AVC子站系统调节精度和调节效果的技术方法。在试验和一段时间的试运行中发现了一些有碍电厂端AVC系统功能实现的问题,通过解决这些实际问题,完善了AVC功能,使电厂自动电压调节功能正常发挥,提高了电网电压稳定水平~[1]。
The structure configuration,function design,control mode,reactive power distribution mode and blocking condition of AVC of Guandi Hydropower Station are expounded in detail with the example of Guandi Power Plant.The test process and test results are expounded,and the AVC substation system is improved.A technical method of adjusting the accuracy and adjustment effect.During the test and a period of trial operation,some problems that hindered the realization of the AVC system function at the power plant side were found.By solving these practical problems,the AVC function was improved,the automatic voltage regulation function of the power plant was functioned normally,and the voltage stability level of the power grid was improved[1].
