摘要
传统的基于静态配置电压无功响应参数来生成控制策略的发电站自动电压无功控制(automatic voltage and reactive power control,AVC)系统,没有考虑电压无功响应参数与发电站当前运行状况的关系,难以适应发电站变化的运行工况,容易出现调节次数多、调节过程长甚至振荡调节等现象。对于拥有几百甚至上千台逆变发电单元的新能源发电站,其难以满足电站接入电网的电压无功响应速度要求。该文利用新能源发电站内一次设备之间的连接关系,以及潮流流经各设备后产生的功率损失和电压损失理论,推导了电站内各种电压无功调节响应参数的计算公式,研究出一种基于电压无功动态响应参数的新能源发电站AVC系统,它能实时计算发电站当前运行状况下的电压无功功率响应参数以及当前需要补偿的精准无功调节量。采用该算法的AVC系统产品已在多个光伏电站中得以应用。实践证明,新AVC产品通过1~2轮控制调节动作便可将电压和无功功率调整到调度要求的目标范围内,调节速度快,并能有效避免振荡调节现象,能使电站向电网输送更加稳定、优质的电能。
Without considering the relationship between voltage and reactive power parameters and current operation of power station,the traditional automatic voltage and reactive power control(AVC)system in power plant based on static configuration parameter values cannot adapt to all operation states in customizing control strategy,so it is easy to cause the phenomenon of more and longer regulation processes and even oscillating regulations.For renewable power stations with hundreds or even thousands of inverter power generation units,it is difficult to meet the demand for reactive power response of power stations to the power grid.Based on electrical connection between primary equipment in power plant,and the theory of power loss and voltage loss caused by power flow in electric equipment,calculation formulas for voltage and reactive power dynamic response parameters in power plant are derived,and a renewable energy power station AVC system based on voltage and reactive power response parameters is developed.It can in real time calculate the voltage and reactive power response parameters of the power station under current operation and the precise reactive power regulation needed at present.The AVC system with this algorithm is applied to several photovoltaic power stations.Practical application proves that the new AVC product can regulate the voltage and reactive power to the target range of dispatching requirement through 1~2 rounds of control and regulation action with fast speed,and the oscillation phenomenon can be effectively avoided,so that the power station can deliver more stable and high-quality power to the power grid.
