摘要
提出在远动终端装置(RTU)嵌入AVC软件实现电厂自动电压控制系统,即RTU+AVC一体化设计方案。提出的设计方案直接使用RTU同源数据,并利用RTU实现对电厂电压的调节。设计方案成功应用于江西电网并得到推广,给出了采用该方案调节电压的控制效果。
This paper proposes to embed an AVC （Automatic Voltage Control） system into the RTU （Remote Terminal Unit） for the voltage control in a power plant, i.e. an integration of RTU and AVC systems. This scheme uses the raw data from a RTU to generate the control rule and realize the voltage adjustment by the RTU. This control method is successfully applied in Jiangxi power grid. Excellent voltage control is achieved.
