摘要
文章以高校科技期刊编辑培养为研究对象,分析了对于初步进入科技期刊编辑工作的编辑在编辑业务方面存在的特征,指出了科技期刊编辑培养过程中应注重政治意识培训、出版业务培训、学术理论培训、网络技术培训、继续教育培训、学术交流实践。
The article takes sci-tech journal editors cultivating in university as an object to analyze the characteristics of editors that are preliminary into sci-tech journal editing work,pointe out the characteristics of sci-tech journal editors,and we should pay attention to the cultivation process of political consciousness training,publishing business training,academic theory training,network technology training,continued education training and academic communication practice.
