摘要
高校学报的信息化建设是学报改革、创新的必然趋势,增强高校学报信息化建设的时效性,是高校学报求生存、求发展、上档次的重要环节。要认真分析高校学报信息化建设的现状及影响学报论文发表时效性的因素,要以加强编辑的时效意识、加强办公现代化建设、加强信息化管理、优化期刊出版流程、提升刊物质量等为抓手,切实提高高校学报信息化建设的时效性。
It is an inevitable trend of the informatization construction for the academic journal reform and innovation. And it is the key of strengthening the effectiveness of the informatization construction to the further development of the academic journal. So it is necessary to analyze the current status of the informatization construction and the factors influencing the papers＂ effectiveness. Therefore, it is the practical method to enhance the effectiveness by strengthening the editors＇ consciousness of effectiveness, the construction of office modernization, the management of informatization, the optimization of publishing process, and the improvement of journal quality.
