摘要
针对我国目前学术期刊论文创意不足、期刊出版周期过长和发行量过小的现状,从七个方面提出了改进措施:(1)提高学术期刊的学术品位,铸造特色精品;(2)提高学术期刊编辑的创新意识;(3)实现学术期刊资源的优化配置;(4)创新管理机制,增强读者意识和发行意识;(5)努力缩短出版周期;(6)应用电子网络出版技术扩大学术交流;(7)推进中国学术期刊国际化进程。
Measures in seven aspects are set forward to overcome the existing shortcomings of academic periodicals in China, such as lack of innovativeness, long-time interval between issues, or less than enough volumes of issue. These measures include improving the periodicals＇ academic standard, sharpening the editors＇ awareness of innovation, optimizing the distribution of resources for periodicals, updating administrative system, shortening interval between issues, taking use of Internet, and pushing forward the internationalization of China＇s academic periodicals.
