摘要
"互联网+"战略不仅驱动我国传统出版业的数字化转型,而且也对出版人才能力的培养和发展提出了更高的新要求。高校作为出版人才培养的重要基地,要适时对出版人才培养模式进行改革和创新,以满足互联网+时代出版企业对人才的需求。结合数字出版的特点,以出版专业硕士培养为例,分析目前出版人才培养中存在的问题,并借鉴互联网思维,提出出版人才培养的相关对策建议。
"Internet + " strategy not only drives the digital transformation of traditional publishing industry in our country,but also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of publishing talents. University,as an important place for talents training,should reform and innovate the talent training mode in order to meet the needs of the Internet + era. The paper,based on the characteristics of digital publishing,analyzes the current issues in the cultivation of the publishing talents,and gives some countermeasures for training publishing talents cultivation.
