摘要
近年来,司法不统一的现象多有发生,影响了我国法治的进程。因此,从理论与实践的结合上阐述司法统一的原理,分析司法不统一的现象、原因,进而提出相应的对策就成为必要。
In recent years,the phenomenon of judicial disunity has occurred many times,which has affected the process of China＇s rule of law.And therefore,it is necessary to expatiate the principle of judicial unity,analyze the phenomenon and causes of judicial disunity,and then propose some proper measures to solve this problem in the view of integration of theory and practice.
