摘要
目的考察核桃分心木所含化学成分。方法采用系统预试验法对核桃分心木所含化合物进行定性反应预试验。结果核桃分心木中含有挥发油、油脂、生物碱、黄酮、皂苷、鞣质、有机酸或酚性成分、糖类、氨基酸、多肽或蛋白质等,未检出内酯或香豆素、强心苷类、甾体或三萜类。结论核桃分心木中含有挥发油、油脂等近十种化合物。
Objective To obtain the main chemical constituents of diaphragma juglandis fructus.Method The chief chemical constituents of diaphragma juglandis fructus were identified by systemic preparative test.Result Diaphragma juglandis fructus mainly consisted of volatile oil,grease,alkaloids,flavone,saponins,tannins,organic acids or phenols,carbohydrate,amino acids,peptides or proteins and so on.Conculsion Preliminary study of the main chemical constituents of diaphragma juglandis fructus shows that it consists about ten compounds,such as volatile oil and grease.
