摘要
目的:考察分心木中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:利用超声波法对分心木中总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法,确立最佳提取条件,考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、液料比和提取时间对提取物中分心木总黄酮含量的影响。结果:超声波法辅助提取分心木中总黄酮的最适工艺参数是浸提剂乙醇浓度为50%,提取温度为50℃,液料比为20:1,提取时间为30 min,总黄酮含量可达4.745%。结论:超声法对分心木总黄酮的提取简单易行,产率较好。
Objective: To study the optimized method of extraction total flavanoids from semen juglandis. Method: The method of extraction total flavonoids from semen juglandis was optimized with the assistant of ultrasonic energy. The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids in semen juglandis were determined with ort-hogonal test. Four factors below were tested according to the extraction yield : ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, the ratio of material to solvent and extraction time. Result: The optimum conditions of extracting were obtained as follows:50% ethanol as extraction solvent at 50 ℃ for 30 min,and the ratio of solvent to material was 20 : 1 and the average content of extraction total flavonoids from semen jugland could be reached 4. 745% under the optimum process. Conclusion : The method of extraction total flavonoids from semen juglandis with the assistant of ultrasonic energy is simple and good.
