摘要
以核桃分心木为试材,研究其甲醇、乙醇和石油醚提取液的抗菌效能,为核桃的综合开发利用提供科学依据。结果表明,甲醇提取液和乙醇提取液能清楚的观察到抑菌圈,石油醚提取液未观察到抑菌圈;甲醇提取液对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度是3.125%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度是6.25%,乙醇提取液对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度是6.25%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度是12.5%。
This experiment did research on the antibacterial efficiency of methanol, ethanol and petroleum ether extractive of Semen Juglandis, which provided factual basis for further comprehensive production and development of Semen Juglandis. The result showed that methanol extractive and ethanol extractive can observe the bacteriostatic circle clearly , while petroleum and extractive can not. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of methanol and ethanol extractive for E. coli are 3. 125% and 6.25%, and Staphylococcus aureus are 6.25% and 12.5% respectively.
