摘要
利用各种色谱技术从传统中药赤芝中分离得到9个化合物,结合波谱学方法鉴定了它们的结构,分别为:Chizhiol A(1)、吲哚-3-甲醛(2)、2-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(3)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(4)、灵芝酮A(5)、methyl lucidenate C(6)、赤芝酸A(7)、methyl lucideniate E2(8)和喜树碱(9)。其中化合物1是新化合物,化合物2和3系首次从赤芝中获得。
Nine compounds including one new meroterpenoid,termed chizhiol A,were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum. Their structures were identified as chizhiol A(1),indole-3-carboxaldehyde(2),2-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzaldehyde(3),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid(4),ganoderma lucidum ketone A(5),methyl lucidenate C(6),lucidenic acid(7),methyl lucideniate E2(8) and camptothecin(9),respectively,by means of spectroscopic methods. In addition,compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this species for the first time.
