摘要
高校辅导员绩效考核工作是加强辅导员队伍建设的重要手段。文章分析了当前高校辅导员考核工作主要存在问题和难点,并有针对性地提出了改进辅导员考核工作的具体工作思路与方法。
The work of the performance assessment of the college counselor is the principal measure to strengthen the counselor group.The main problems and difficulties of the performance assessment are analyzed in the thesis,and the specific train of thought and method to improve the performance assessment are pointed out particularly.
