摘要
针对目前我国高校辅导员队伍出现岗位职责多、工作任务繁重、整体素质普遍不高、难于适应形势变化的需要、队伍不稳定、可持续发展能力差等现状,提出必须采取有效措施,即明确角色定位,抓住工作重心,加大教育培训力度,建立健全考核评价体系,积极探索辅导员专业化、职业化道路,才能真正发挥高校辅导员思想政治教育的作用,把大学生的思想政治教育工作落到实处。
It is pointed out that there are many problems with the political instructor team： the instructors shoulder too many responsibilities; their work missions are arduous; the instructors＇ quality is not high enough to meet the needs of the changing time; the team is not stable; their sustainable development ability is not satisfactory. It is put forward that to fully motivate the political instructors＇ role in carrying out ideological and political education, the following measures must be taken： focusing a political instructor＇s role on carrying out ideological and political education; strengthening training of political instructors; establishing and perfecting the evaluating system; and exploring ways to realize political instructors＇ professionalization.
