摘要
介绍了南瓜在防治糖尿病、驱虫、保护视力、降低胆固醇、防癌抗癌、清除重金属等方面具有很好的药用价值,提出南瓜开发现状及存在的问题。
The pumpkin is a kind of natural fall sugar health care food whice has the potential and development valve. This paper system described the nourishment of the pumpkin contens and health care function. Pumpkin in the fight against diabetes,insect,protecting vision,lower cholesterol,prevent cancer,cancer,heavy metal removal has good medicinal value. Status of the development proposed by pumpkin and problems.
