摘要
目的研究参苓白术散组方中多糖含量对小鼠药效的影响。方法以药物大黄所致脾虚泄泻小鼠体质量、游泳实验考察小鼠抗疲劳阈值、小鼠在密闭容器中忍耐时间考察耐缺氧阈值、小鼠在-15℃冰箱中的忍耐时间考察耐寒阈值等几项指标研究参苓白术散去除多糖后的药效变化。结果参苓白术散去除多糖后,对大黄所致脾虚泄泻小鼠的体质量降低干预程度减弱(P<0.05),对于小鼠耐疲劳、耐缺氧、耐寒作用显著降低(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散组方中多糖含量与药效存在相关性,去除多糖的参苓白术散药效降低,多糖对于主药吸收、转化可能具有重要的催化作用。
Objective To study the influence of different contents of polysaccharide on the pharmacological effects of shenlingbaizhusan in mice. Methods Mice were induced diatthea by Rheum officinale. Mice body weights were tested after gavage administration of Shenlingbaizhusan. Anti-fatigue thresholdes were tested by swimming experiment. Hypoxia tolerance thresholdes were tested by the tolerance time in a closed vessel. Hardy thresholdes were tested by tolerance time in the refrigerator of- 15℃. All above indicators showed the effect variation of Shenlingbaizhusan without polysaccharide. Results After the removal of polysaccharide,pharmacological effects of Shenlingbaizhusan on diarrhea caused by Rheum significantly reduced(P 0. 05). And the the effects of fatigue resistance,hypoxia tolerance and cold resistance were also significantly decreased(P 0. 05). Conclusion There was the correlation between polysaccharide contents and pharmacological effects of Shenlingbaizhusan. Polysaccharide may have important catalytic effect on the absorption and transformation of Shenlingbaizhusan.
