摘要
目标管理作为一种管理思想和管理方法,在高等学校的学生管理中具有重要的价值和实践意义。只有从目标管理在高校学生管理中应用的内涵、适切性、实施步骤等方面进行分析,才能在学生管理过程中推行目标管理的三个阶段:引导学生自主确立目标、组织学生实施目标、对目标成果进行测评。
As a kind of administration and management methods,management by objectives（MBO）have important value and practical significance in college student management,This article analysis the connotation,adaptability and implementation steps of application in college students management,proposes the three stages of the implementation of management by objectives：guide students to self-set goals,organizational goals for students,evaluation results on the target.
