摘要
目的:通过对山西省农村与城市消费者食品安全认知及维权意识现状的调查,为食品安全的监督管理工作提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷对山西省农村与城市消费者对于食品安全的关注程度、食品安全知识的认知等重要因素进行调查,利用SPSS11.0统计软件进行数据统计分析。结果:相比城市消费者,农村消费者更倾向于将价格因素作为购买食品的首选条件;消费者整体维权意识较差。结论:相关部门应加强对消费者的食品安全宣传力度,普及食品安全知识,维护消费者的身心健康和合法权益。
Objective To investigate rural and urban consumers in food safety awareness and rights awareness in Shanxi province, so as to provide adequate reference for food safety supervision and management. Methods A questionnaire was carried out in Shanxi province on rural and urban consumers' concern,knowledge,and awareness about food safety and other important factors,and statistical analysis was performed via statistical software SPSSll. O. Results Compared with urban consumers, rural consumers were more inclined to take price of food as an initial factor. Both urban and rural consumers had poor rights awareness. ConclusionRelevant departments should strengthen their propaganda about food safety,popularize the knowledge of food safety,and protect consumers' health and lawful rights and interests.
