摘要
农村教师素质是决定农村教育的改革与发展的重要因素之一。本文旨在通过对在江西、四川农村学校调研中获得的资料,具体分析农村教师处于"教学孤岛"的内外在原因,借此厘清当前农村教师培训中存在的问题,并就农村教师如何走出"教学孤岛"提出建议。
The quality of rural teachers is one of the important factors to determine the development and reform of rural education.Based on investigations in some rural schools,this paper makes an analysis of rural teachers' special working conditions,and tries to find an effective way to help them to eliminate their isolation in teaching and enhance their teaching happiness.
