摘要
当前,农村教师的专业化发展存在教学理念落后,教师流失严重,发展动力不足,管理制度不健全等方面问题,需要探索促进农村教师专业化发展的路径。因此,通过调整师资队伍结构,转变教育观念,提高教师待遇,提升专业素质,健全管理制度等途径,进一步促进农村教师专业化发展。
At present,the professional development of rural teachers has such problems as backward teaching idea,serious loss of teachers,lack of development power and imperfect management system,so we need to explore the way to promote the professional development of rural teachers. Therefore,we should further promote the professional development of rural teachers by adjusting the structure of teachers,changing educational concepts,improving teachers＇ treatment,improving professional quality and improving management system.
