商业非淀粉多糖酶制剂对肉鸡肠道组织影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 试验选用21日龄罗斯肉鸡200只,随机分为5个处理,设正对照与负对照,试验组各添加一种商业非淀粉多糖(NSP)酶制剂,研究NSP酶制剂对肉鸡肠道组织的影响。试验结果显示,各处理组之间,十二指肠食糜pH差异不显著(P>0.05)。负对照组肉鸡回肠和盲肠食糜的pH与正对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),均高于添加商业NSP酶制剂的3个试验组(P<0.05)。十二指肠绒毛高度正对照组肉鸡显著大于负对照组肉鸡(P<0.05),但低于3个试验组肉鸡,且试验1组肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度最大。回肠的肠道形态统计结果与十二指肠趋势一致;各处理组之间盲肠绒毛高度和宽度差异不显著(P>0.05),3个试验组隐窝深度均低于正、负对照组。试验结果表明,NSP酶制剂酶谱和活性对肉鸡肠道组织的影响是造成生产性能差异的重要原因之一。 Two hundreds Rose broliers(21 days old) were choosen to be randomly divided into 5 groups with positive control group and negative control group.The test groups were added respectively Commercial non-starch polysaccharides,to invest NSP on effect of intestinal tissue of Rose brolier.The results showed that,duodenal chyme pH of each group was no significantly(P0.05).There was no significanyly of Ileum and Cecal chyme pH between negative control and postive control group,the two groups were higher than 3 test groups which adding respectively NSP(P0.05).Duodenal villus height of positive group was significantly higher than negative group,but lower than 3 test groups,duodenal villus height of test 1 was highest in which adding NSP.Intestinal form statistical results of ileum was same as duodenal.Villus height and width of appendix were no significantly between each groups(P0.05),Fossae depth of 3 groups were lower than positive contronl group and negative group.The results showed that,effectting on intestinal tissue of brolier by spectrum and activity of enzymes is one of the most important reason of production performance.
