摘要
试验研究了复合非淀粉多糖酶与植酸酶组合使用对生长猪生长性能和养分消化率的影响。将32只生长猪(杜×长×大)随机分为对照组、试验组1(添加复合NSP酶制剂)、试验组2(添加植酸酶)、试验组3(同时添加复合NSP酶制剂和植酸酶)。结果显示,试验组1和2生长猪末体重和平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),高于对照组(P<0.05),低于试验组3。对照组猪的干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率显著低于其他3个试验组(P<0.05)。试验组1和3粗纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组和试验组2(P<0.05);试验组2和3总磷表观消化率显著高于对照组和试验组1(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,酶类全、活性高的复合NSP酶制剂和植酸酶,有效提高生长猪的生长性能,通过改善对饲料中氮、磷的利用,降低养猪粪便排放污染,是新型环保猪饲料必须使用的高效饲料添加剂。
The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of non-starch polysaccharide complex enzymes (NSP enzymes) and phytase on growth performance and nutrient utilization in growing pigs. Thirty two Duroc ×Landrance × York growing pigs were designed to four treatment groups, including the control treatment, group 1 (addition of NSP enzymes), group 2 (addition of phytase), and group 3 (addition of NSP enzymes and phytase). The results showed that the final body weight and average daily gain of group 1 and 2 pigs were no difference(P0.05), and were higher than those of the control treatment(P0.05), and were lower than those of group 3. The apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein for the control was lower than those of other three treatment groups. The apparent digestibility of crude fiber for group 1 and 3 was higher than those of the control and group 2(P0.05). The apparent digestibility of total phosphor for group 2 and 3 was higher than those of the control and group 1(P0.05). These findings suggested the addition of NSP enzymes and phytase in growing pig diets could enhance the growth performance and nutrient utilization, and decrease the environment pollution by reducing the nitrogen and phosphor release. The feed additives of NSP enzymes and phytase play the role of the environment-friendly swine feed application.
