摘要
为研究在猪玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加酶制剂对干物质消化率的影响,选择体重约为50kg的大×长×大三元杂交公猪(3月龄)18头,随机分为6组,每组设3个重复,每个重复1头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3、4、5组分别喂给基础日粮+植酸酶,基础日粮+巴尔多酶,基础日粮+活力酶,基础日粮+派肥,基础日粮+植酸酶、巴尔多酶、活力酶、派肥等复合添加剂。试验结果表明,试验组干物质消化率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其中试验5组最高,比对照组高3.56个百分点。可见添加植酸酶+巴尔多酶+活力酶+派肥复合添加剂提高日粮养分消化率的效果最好,可以用于生产实践。
To study the effect of enzyme on digestion of DM in corn-soybean meal diets, eighteen pigs of 3 months old and 50 kg Weight which were ＂Y×L×Y＂ cross bred pigs were chosen and divided into 6 groups, with 3 replicates in each group and one pig in each replicates. The control group fed with basal diet, while the test 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 groups fed with basal diet＋phytase, basal diet＋barre enzyme, basal diet＋vitality enzyme, basal diet＋ section fer- tile, basal diet＋phytase＋barre enzyme＋ vitality enzyme＋section fertile. The experiment result showed that the DM digestibility of the 5th group was the highest, 3.56 percentage higher than the control group; so we can conclude that the best effect gone with adding phytase＋barre enzyme＋vitality enzyme＋section fertile to accelerate the digest, and it can be put into practice.
