摘要
工会作为连接医院与职工的桥梁,应在提升医院职工忠诚度方面有所作为,通过培养、引导、激励和评价,使医院职工的发展方向、价值取向等与医院发展协调一致,最大限度地发挥职工的主动性、创造性。通过完善各种机制,提升职工忠诚度。
As a bridge to link hospital and its staff, the labor union has some roles on improving staff’s loyalty. By training, directing, incentive and evaluation, the staff’s career and hospital development and value can be coordinated to maximally stimulate the staff’s initiative and innovation. By improving mechanisms, staff’s loyalty could be promoted.
