摘要
目的:了解医院文化建设中职工对院工会工作的现状认识情况及诉求。方法:通过向职工发放调查问卷,对回收结果利用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学分析。结果:院工会在医院文化建设中的作用及工作得到大家的认可,取得较明显的效果。职工合法权益、与职工切身利益相关的方面及非在编职工要求同等待遇等受关注。结论:针对调查结果,提出了继续开展精品活动、维护职工合法权益、落实职代会提案、加强工会干部培训等建议。
Objective: To realize the status quo and the staff's request to the work of labour union in the hospital's culture construction.Method: Issue and take back questionnaires and analyze the Investigation results by SPSS11.5 software.Result: The action and work of labour union in the hospital's culture construction are received by staff.And the effect is obvious.These questions are attended,such as staff's legal rights and interests,the things concerned with staff's interests and the requests of the unofficial staff to coequal treatment etc.Conclusions: According to the Investigation results,the article brings forward the suggestions,such as developing the essential activities continuously,protecting the staff's legal rights and interests,carrying out the suggestions of Workers' congress and strengthening the cultivation to labour union's cadres etc.
