摘要
目的建立测定复方氨茶碱口服溶液中盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Waters C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(5∶95),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为35℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在6.11~305.60μg/mL内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.92%,RSD为0.58%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、简便,可用于测定复方氨茶碱口服溶液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Compound Aminophylline Oral Solution. Methods Ephedrine hydrochloride was chromatographed on the C18 column with the temperature of 35℃, and detected at 210 nm. The used mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (5:95). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 6.11-305.60μg/mL for ephedrine hydrochloride. The average recovery rate of ephedrine hydrochloride was 99. 92% with RSD =0. 58% (n =6). Conclusion The established method is accurate and simple, which could be used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride.
