摘要
目的建立测定地塞米松涂剂含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用KromasilC8柱,以甲醇—0.34%磷酸二氢钾溶液(60:40)为流动相,检测波长240nm。结果在4~120μg/mL范围内,地塞米松磷酸钠的峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系;方法平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为0.65%。结论该法可用于测量测定地塞米松涂剂的含量。
[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in its paint. [Method] The assay was conducted on a Kromasil-C8 column with methanol-0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate (60:40) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. [Result] The linear concentration range of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 4~120 μg/mL with the recovery of 99.20%(RSD=0.65%). [Conclusion] The method may be used for the determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in its paint.
