摘要 目的建立宁嗽露糖浆的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对盐酸麻黄碱、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸麻黄碱进行含量测定,采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(7∶93),检测波长为207 nm。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。含量测定中盐酸麻黄碱在0.2μg~10μg的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99999,n=8),平均回收率为97.7%(RSD为1.3%,n=9)。结论建立的方法简便、准确,专属性强、重复性好,可作为宁嗽露糖浆的质量控制标准。 Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Ningsoulu syrup. Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used for qualitative identification of ephedra and glycyrrhiza, and HPLC was used to de- termine ephedrine hydrochloride in the Ningsoulu syrup with C18 column and methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid (7 : 93 ) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 207 nm. Results The herbs could be identified by TLC. The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.2 μg - 10μg (r = 0. 99999, n = 8 ) and the average re- covery was 97.7% ( RSD = 1.3 %, n = 9 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and highly specific, and it can be applied to the quality control of the Ningsoulu syrup.
