摘要
开发出一种对炼油污水处理厂底泥、浮渣和活性污泥进行无害化处理的方法。将底泥和浮渣混合,加入硫酸调节体系pH值为1-3,在20-60℃下破乳,静置分离后将泥水混合物和活性污泥混合,在混凝罐中加氢氧化钠调节体系pH值为8,投加100 mg/L阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺进行混凝,将离心分离出的固体物进行干化处理,可使其含水率降至约31%,其热值与乙醇相当,经焚烧实现无害化处理。
An innocuous treatment process for the bottom mud,the scum and the active sludge of the refinery sewage treatment plant was developed.The pH value of the mixture of the bottom mud and the scum was adjusted to 1-3 by adding sulfuric acid,and the demulsification was conduced at 20-60℃.After the precipitate was separated,the turbid mixture and the active sludge were mixed.Its pH value was regulated to 8 by adding sodium hydroxide,the cationic-type polyacrylamide(CPAM) of 100mg/L was added,and coagulation was performed.The content of water could be reduced to 31% by drying the solid from centrifugation,the calorific value of the dried solid was equal to that of ethanol.Finally,the innocuous treatment of the oily sludge was realized by incineration.
