摘要
介绍了采用破乳剂辅助超声波处理含油污泥并回收污油的方法。含油污泥预处理时,最佳机械搅拌速度为120 min^(-1)。考察了污油回收率影响因素,结果表明,在破乳剂HR用量50μg/g,超声发生器水温60℃,超声振荡时间15 min的最佳条件下,测得污油回收率为95.6%,且100 mL脱水污油可蒸馏出15 mL液态油,剩下部分是油浆。
Abstract The method to treat oily sludge and recover the waste oil using demulsifier assisted ultrasound was introduced. The best mechanical stirring rate was 120 rain-1 when oily sludge was pretreated. The effects in- fluencing oil recovery rate were examined. The result showed that the waste oil recovery rate was 95.6% under the best conditions as follows : the dosage of demulsifier HR 50 μg/g, the water temperature of ultrasound generator 60 ℃ ,the time for ultrasound vibration 15 minutes. 100 mL oil could produce 15 mL liquid oil, the rest was oil slurry.
