摘要
针对实际印染废水高浓度、高毒性、高 COD值的特点 ,采用探头式功率超声发生器和自制平板超声发生器降解多种高浓度染料废水实验的结果表明 ,降低超声辐射声强及增大辐射有效面积可降解染料并增大处理废水的体积。
Considering that the actual dyeing wastewater has the high concentration?toxicity and COD, the more and more hot ultrasonic technology has been used to the experimental research of dyeing wastewater degradation. In this paper, two sets of device have been used to do the experiments, they are probe power ultrasonic generator and home-made flat plate ultrasonic generator. Conclusion has been made: the degradation of dyeing wastewater can be observed in the condition of reducing the sound intension and increasing the effective radiation area by ultrasonic, and at the same time, the treatment capacity of dyeing wastewater increases. But there are still many difficulties in treatment of the dyeing wastewater by ultrasonic alone, and up to now, it is difficult to utilize ultrasonic technology in industrial dyeing wastewater treatment.
