摘要
采用“化学热洗 -生物处理”工艺对石油炼厂含油污泥进行了研究。研究表明 :通过化学热洗可将含油量为 2 9.0 %的含油污泥洗涤至残油含量为 2 .7% ,污油回收率可以达到 92 .2 % ,体积可减少 1 6 % ,洗涤产生的废水可进行回用 ,重新用作污泥洗涤用水 ;而且经洗涤后的污泥可直接进行生物处理 ,在经好氧生物处理 4 0天后 ,石油类去除率可达 95 %。
In this paper, the treatment of oily sludge is researched with 'chemico- heated washing & bio logical treatment' technology. The results show that the oil content of the sludge can decrease from 29.0 % to 2.7 % by chemico-heated washing, and the recovery rate of oil canreach 90.6%, and the liquid produced by washing process can be reused to wash the oily sludge;the washed sludge can be processed by biological treatment directly, and the removal rate of oil can reach about 95 % after processed 40days by oxybiotic biological treatment.
