摘要
科技部等七部委联合颁布的《废物资源化科技工程"十二五"专项规划》中,对固体废物处理、处置的目标和重点提出了具体、严格的要求。针对石化企业污水处理场产生"三泥"的特性、浓缩脱水的方法和出路,对不同脱水机械的性能进行了对比。同时分析了污泥干化的必要性和现实性。根据目前"三泥"处理和处置的途径,对今后进行综合利用的主要方法进行了优缺点分析和阐述,提出了设想和意见。
In the 'Waste Resources Technology Projects 12th Five-Year Special Planning' issued jointly by the Ministry of Science and Technology and other seven ministries,specific and strict requirements on the objectives and priorities of the solid waste disposal are proposed.This paper introduces the characteristics of the three kinds of sludge generated by the wastewater treatment plants of petrochemical enterprises,methods and outlets of concentrating and dewatering.It also compares the mechanical properties of different dehydration.Meanwhile,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of sludge drying.According to the present disposal approach to the three kinds of sludge,the paper analyzes and expatiates on the advantages and disadvantages of the main methods for comprehensive utilization in the future.It puts forward some ideas and opinions.
