摘要
调节性T细胞(Treg)在肿瘤、器官移植、自身免疫病和病毒性感染等疾病中发挥着重要的作用。FOXP3是近几年来发现的控制Treg细胞发育和功能的关键转录因子,但是目前关于该转录因子的表达调控机制却不清楚。本综述总结了FOXP3表达调控的最新研究进展,包括FOXP3的表达如何被调控以及一个最新的研究发现即FOXP3的表观遗传调控可能是Treg细胞成系的一个特异性因素。
Regulatory T (Treg) cells have a crucial role in diseases such as tumor,organ transplant rejection,autoallergic disease,and viral infection. FOXP3 is a master control transcription factor for the development and the function of Treg,however,FOXP3 regulation is poorly understood. In this review,we summarize recent advances in understanding how FOXP3 expression is controlled and highlight evidences suggesting that epigenetic regulation of the FOXP3 locus contributes to its role as a lineage-specification factor.
