叉头样转录因子3在肺恶性肿瘤中的作用

摘要 叉头样转录因子(Foxp3)是一个具有多种功能的转录因子,通常调控细胞生长发育,不但在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥作用,而且在肿瘤的治疗、预后评估中均起着相当重要的作用。Foxp3是通过调控调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)水平,抑制肿瘤微环境免疫功能,使肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视,导致肿瘤的发生。抑制Foxp3表达,使机体发挥正常免疫功能,可达到抗肿瘤目的。本文就Foxp3在肺恶性肿瘤中的表达和肿瘤免疫中的作用机制以及免疫治疗中的作用作一综述。 Foxp3 has a variety of functions,it plays an important role not only in the occurrence and development of tumor, but in the treatment and prognosis of tumor. Foxp3 exerts its immunosupression effect by regulating regulatory T cells (Treg) and inhibits the immune function of tumor microenvironment, so cancer cells can evade immune surveil- lance,resulting in the occurrence of tumor.The inhibition of Foxp3 expression can make the body play a normal im- mune function and antineoplastic.This article reviews the expression of Foxp3 in lung cancer and its role in tumor im- munology and immunotherapy.
