摘要
为研究喷气织机在整个引纬过程中,纬纱飞行的位移、速度、加速度等运动学参数的分布状况,采用高速摄影纬纱运动状态测试装置,测试并分析了Donier AWV8/S型喷气织机纬纱运动参数分布状况。结果表明,Donier AWV8/S型喷气织机在整个引纬过程中,纬纱速度分布可分为4个阶段:初始急加速阶段、中前期缓加速阶段、中后期缓减速阶段和后期急减速阶段,整体分布较为合理,对纬纱的冲击力相对较小,有利于高速阔幅,减少织机纬向停台次数,提高喷气织机效率。
In order to analyze the weft kinematics parameters such as the displacement,flight velocity and acceleration during the whole process of weft insertion on air-jet loom,the weft insertion motion state of Donier AWV8 /S air-jet loom was taken by a high-speed video camera.By analysing the data,it can be seen that the weft velocity of Donier AWV8 /S air-jet loom can be divided into four stages sequently i.e.rapid acceleration,smooth acceleration,smooth deceleration,and rapid deceleration.It has a reasonable motion state distribution,and the impact on the weft yarn is small during the whole process of weft insertion.It is beneficial for high-speed weaving wide-width fabrics,lessening loom stoppage,and enhancement of efficiency.
